We only collect what we need to deliver your monthly content and take payment. We do not sell your information, and we never ask for patient records.
Details you give us: your name, practice name, email address and anything you include when you contact us or tell us about your practice.
Payment details: your card is entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe handles and stores the card data; we only receive confirmation of the payment, your plan and billing status.
Site usage: basic technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, collected to keep the site working and understand what visitors find useful.
We do not ask for, receive or store patient health information. Please never send us patient records, charts or identifiable patient details. If you add a patient photo or story to a post, obtaining that patient's consent is your responsibility.
To deliver your monthly content packs, process payments and renewals, answer your questions, send service updates about your subscription, and improve the site and the content we create. If you opt in, we may also send occasional marketing emails, and every one of those includes an unsubscribe link.
The site uses cookies and similar technology that are necessary for it to work, plus basic analytics to measure traffic and see which pages are helpful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then behave differently.
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it: Stripe for payments and subscriptions, our email and hosting providers for delivery of content and messages, and analytics providers for site statistics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We keep your account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Beyond that, we delete or anonymise them.
Payments run over encrypted connections handled by Stripe, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to run the service. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so if a problem ever affects your data we will tell you.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and cancel your subscription whenever you like. Depending on where you live, including the EU, the UK and California, you may have additional rights such as objecting to certain uses of your data; email us and we will help. We do not sell personal information.
The service is sold to dental practices and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We work with providers based in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your country. When it is, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
We will update this page if our practices change, and the date above always shows the latest version. Questions or requests? Email contact@dentalpostclub.com.
