Terms of Service

The plain-language agreement between your practice and The Dental Post Club.

Last updated September 2026

01

About these terms

These terms apply when you subscribe to The Dental Post Club ("we", "us"), a monthly social media content subscription for dental practices. By subscribing you agree to everything on this page. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe.

02

What you receive

Each month we publish a new pack of social media content for your practice. Depending on your plan this includes ready-to-post designs, matching captions and editable templates you open and customize in Canva.

Content is delivered digitally. We may adjust the mix of posts in a pack from month to month so it stays current, while keeping the number of posts included in your plan.

03

Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, at the price shown when you sign up. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the same payment method, until you cancel. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Founding Member pricing, where offered, stays at the same rate for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

04

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again after that.

Because the content is digital and available to you immediately, payments already made are non-refundable. If something has gone wrong with your order, email us and we will make it right.

05

How you may use the content

While your subscription is active, and for content you received during that time, you may use, edit and post the content on your own practice's social media accounts, website, email and printed materials.

You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the templates or design files to other practices or third parties, and you may not offer them as part of a competing content or marketing service.

We keep ownership of the original designs, templates and any stock photography included in them. Any names, reviews, team members and practice details shown in our examples are illustrative only, so replace them with your own before posting.

06

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you publish. Before posting, review every piece of content and make sure claims, offers, pricing and clinical information are accurate for your practice and comply with the advertising, professional and privacy rules that apply to you, including patient consent for any photo you add.

You are also responsible for following the terms of the social media platforms you post to, and of Canva when you edit templates there.

07

No guaranteed results

Our content is a marketing tool, not clinical, legal, tax or financial advice. Results depend on your market, your practice and how consistently you post, so we do not promise a specific number of new patients, followers, bookings or any other outcome.

08

Service availability and changes

We aim to deliver a new pack every month and to keep the site available, but we may occasionally need to pause or change the service, update plan features or adjust pricing. If we change pricing for your plan, we will tell you before it affects a renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

09

Ending an account

We may suspend or end a subscription if these terms are broken, for example if content is resold or shared outside your practice, or if a payment cannot be collected. You can end your subscription at any time by cancelling.

10

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost patients or other indirect losses.

11

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
